Gimana jadi anak magang yang baik?

Hallo sobat stm

kalian mau magang tapi belum tau situasi di lapangan kayak gimana?

setelah ini aku akan share ke kalian gimana sih situasi di lapangan tempat magang ku

MY EXPERIENCE IN BALAIKOTA

I did my internship at Balaikota on January 3, 2022. To be precise, I did an internship at the Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Semarang (DISPERKIM) in the RURS (Rumah Umum dan Rumah Swadaya) field. I did my internship there with 3 of my friends, Oci, Fasya and Imol. On the first day of our internship, we were introduced to employees at RURS who were very friendly and open to new people.

When I was first given an assignment by my supervisor, I felt that it was not the right internship here because it was slightly different from my competence at school. But even so, I still do my internship here because it's still ongoing. For my friends and I's first assignment, our supervisor asked us to make an 8*15 house design. Apart from that, we were also assigned by our supervisor to design the house in 3D.

Apart from making the 2D and 3D designs of the 8*15 size house earlier, my friends and I were also taught how to make detailed columns and beams by our tutors. I was also explained by him how to draw floor plates properly. Not only that, we also explained and explained how to make RAB in the Excel application in general. Usually, we are given 2 weeks to complete these assignments.

After doing these tasks, usually my friends and I pray midday prayers at the Masjid Balaikota except for Oci because he is not Muslim. I really like the atmosphere of the Masjid Balaikota because it is very clean with very clean mukenas. Then after the midday prayer we had lunch at the Pekunden park, to be precise, behind the Balaikota building. While there we met very funny cilor and leker traders. After the break was over we walked back into the office and continued our work.

I and my friends are sometimes invited by employees at RURS to see the process of building flats. We were also invited to survey to see which houses could be given renovation assistance. And also we were given the task of documenting the results of the survey earlier to make a report. After surveying and checking the project, my friends and I are usually invited to have lunch.

After 6 months my friends and I did internships at City Hall, finally the internship was over. During my internship here, I came to understand what it's like to work with a little pressure. I got a lot of new experiences during my internship at RURS, as well as increasing relationships. Here I also get new knowledge, meet new people who are very good. I will never forget this internship trip for the rest of my life.
